The special model available on a long-wheelbase or a regular-wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed is inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. was using as his personal vehicle. The influence of the car can be seen in the cabin. For instance the Mulliner illuminated bar cabinet houses an exhibit with a portion of the 8 Litre crankshaft displaying inside.

W.O. is emblazoned in an air vent in the shape of a B on the chrome application that runs across the back of the vehicle. The front grille has been designed following 1930s-inspired Onyx, and there's also an optional chrome finish around the lower spoilers to the left and right. The front grille is also unique, sporting the chrome-colored shell instead of the standard body-color mesh like that of the standard Mulsanne and featuring the Flying B logo as well.

The key box is made of bentley continental key fob wings and features a black flock lining. Key pouches are available to be purchased to complement or contrast the key box. The set commemorative includes an exact 1:18 scale model as well an air-borne "B" paperweight. It also includes a printed booklet featuring never-before seen images of the original 1930s Bentley 8 Litre.
