Cheap single seat buggy Pushchairs

The Babyzen Yoyo stroller is a good option if you are on a tight budget and don't need an extra stroller that can be used as a car seat carrier. It has a simple one-step foot brake that's flip flop user-friendly.

It's simple to push, and it feels solid when navigating kerbs and woodland paths. It's also a breeze to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned itself a reputation as the ultimate light-weight buggy for city dwellers and jet-setters alike, thanks to its extremely nimble handling and foldable design that can be tucked away in aeroplane overhead luggage. The most recent version comes with independent suspension on all four wheels made of Hytrel elastomer. This allows it to 'perfectly traverse all types and terrains'.

It can be used as a pram starting from birth with the Newborn Pack or bassinet, or converted into a stroller after 6 months using the YOYO Connect additional chassis.

Evenflo Pivot Xplore stroller wagon is a great option for parents looking for a versatile stroller. The Evenflo Pivot can be transformed from a stroller into the wagon by turning the handle. Parents can then choose which one is the best fit for their adventure. The wagon can accommodate two or more children from 6 months to 5 years, and it comes with a large storage basket that can accommodate all of your on-the-go needs.

The Xplore also has two canopies that move from front to back, ensuring ample sun coverage for all family members. It has a smaller footwell than some wagons. This might not be suitable for long journeys or napping.

The frame of the Xplore feels solid and sturdy however it doesn't have the same flex as some of the other wagons we tried. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold and it's not able to lock tight once folded. It is easy to move, though, and it can fit through narrow 28-inch doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great choice for parents looking for a second stroller that is affordable. It scored well in our Strollers and Multiples Test for weight and fold dimensions, which means it's lightweight, compact when folded, and easy to carry and put in a trunk for your car. The front wheels can to be locked in a forward position and can also pivot. This is useful in rough terrain. While walking through the stony trail, we let them move and it did this quite well, although it seemed slightly bumpier than other models in our test.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is best known for its 3-wheeled all-terrain jogging strollers. But they also produce a wide variety of pushchairs that have four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most well-known model. It folds easily and fits into the car's boot even with the carrycot attached.

It's heavier than other strollers that we tested, but because it comes with rubber composite wheels it feels solid and well-constructed. It is easy to maneuver across different terrains and even with two children with shopping bags and other items.

The carrycot and the seat both come with hoods with pull-down UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are waterproof and strong unlike other pram hoods that are turned back into toddlers' faces.

It does not have much storage space but it has a large basket deep enough to hold a changing bag or plenty of groceries. You can also pair it with the Baby Jogger car seat that is suitable for babies up 20 lbs (car seat and adapters are available separately). The City Tour 2 is a ideal choice for those looking to use a stroller on the move.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

When the Nuna Mixx first came onto the scene it stole the hearts of parents everywhere. It is an aluminium-framed stroller that can be used from infant's earliest days through. It has many standout features, like the capacity of the seat to be flipped between the front facing parent and the outside, a large UPF50+ canopy that has an eye-shade that flips out, as well as an adjustable handlebar.
